Phase 2 – Rise Up
Raise $800,000 to Complete UCF Clinic
One year ago we launched Phase 1 – Greater Than: 100 Days to $400,000 of the UCF campaign. After many failed attempts to secure a lease, this bold campaign was prayerfully launched to purchase a property located at 100 Carrigan Avenue, 1 mile from the UCF campus on the highly trafficked Alafaya Trail. Through your generous support we raised a total of $600,000 to meet our goal within an incredible 50 days to purchase the property as a cash, debt free investment.
One year later, after drafting plans, securing a contractor and demolishing the old building, construction work for the new clinic is scheduled to begin on August 19, 2020. The 4,136 sf allowed on the lot will hold a 3,100 sf state-of-the-art Choices clinic as well as 990 sf of space to lease.
With YOUR help we can raise the $800,000 needed to bring this clinic to completion!
If this is your first time hearing the news, we are THRILLED for you to join in our excitement!

The new location is strategically located at the corner of Carrigan and Alafaya. 1 mile from the UCF campus and 1.4 miles from Planned Parenthood. We will bring the light of hope to the 2nd largest college campus in the country so women don’t feel like abortion is their only option.
We expect to open in the summer of 2021.
We will own the building with an estimated value at 2 million upon completion. We will also rent out the additional 990 sf that the lot size would accommodate to offset the expense.
Operation at the West Colonial Drive location will remain the same. The administrative offices for both locations will be at the West Colonial location. This will serve as our second location and will increase our capacity to serve more women and men facing unplanned pregnancies in Orlando. With multiple locations, more people can be served.
